The service

GIF Compressor provides a free, browser-based tool for reducing the file size of animated GIFs. Processing happens on your own device; the website itself only delivers the tool to your browser.

Acceptable use

Your files

Your files remain yours. Because processing happens locally in your browser, we never take possession of your files and claim no rights over them.

No warranty

The tool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Compression results vary by file; always review the output before relying on it, and keep a copy of your original file.
